Jacobo W. Kleiman, Ph.D.
Dr. Kleiman is the current CEO and Active Partner of Emwa, Máxima Distinción S.A. de C.V., which specializes in premium retail items such as luxury watches, jewelry, and specialty nutrition solutions. Prior to Emwa, Dr. Kleiman worked as a Manager of International Technical Service for Ralston Purina. Dr. Kleiman received his Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in Chemistry from the Technion Institute of Technology of Israel. He is the current President of Activación Ciudadana A.C.NGO that promotes Road Safety in Mexico and an active local Jewish Community Board member. Dr. Kleiman was an Editor of the El Norte newspaper for 14 years and remains active in the Club of Science and Club of Literature.
Gabriel Gojon Jr.
Mr. Gojon received his MS in Organizational Development from the Universidad de Monterrey in 1999. He has held CEO positions at NANT, CX Product SA de C.V., and EMS Technologies SA de C.V. He is the head of Research and Development at Lauben Groupe (of Remuvik fame). Mr. Gojon has also worked with Dr. Rogelio A. Martinez H as an OD consultant. In addition to his management and organizational experience, Mr. Gojon is the inventor of SG1002. He started working on the hydrogen sulfide field in 1996 and discovered most of its medical applications many years before anyone else even imagined that it had any usefulness in this field (in fact at the time it was considered a poison) as disclosed in his patent. His inventions cover many fields including engineering, cognitive science, human performance, psychology, etc. He has also invented cosmetic formulations and electrical muscle stimulation devices for multiple uses, each of which led to the establishment of a company to develop and market the invention.
Gabriel Gojon Sr., Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Gojon, a past recipient of the prestigious Andres Manuel del Rio award (2007) from the National Chemical Society Mexico, is the Director of Research at NANT and the co-discoverer of SG1002. Dr. Gojon began his career in industry as the Director of Research at Reactimex, SA de CV, in Monterrey, where he was in charge of new product research and development. Throughout his career Dr. Gojon has received numerous recognitions, distinctions and awards. He was President of the Council of Professional Chemists of the state of Nuevo Leon, elected National Secretary of the Chemical Society of Mexico, was appointed “Registered Technology Consultant, specializing in Organic Chemistry” by the Mexico National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT), and was a member of the Evaluating Committee of Mexico National System of Researchers (Area II-Biology and Chemistry). He has also served as a consultant to IDESA Group, CYDSA Group, Protexa Group, Uniroyal Corporation, Hylsa (Ternium), Pigmentos y Oxidos (PYOSA), Prodemex, and Productos Quimicos de Chihuahua.
