Gabriel Gojon Romanillos (M.D.O.) is a scientific advisor and co-founder of Sulfagenix. He holds foundational patents on highly bioavailable H₂S prodrugs and methods addressing oxidative-stress–mediated conditions. His work on SG1002, Sulfagenix’s flagship H₂S prodrug, has been featured in Nature and investigated in peer-reviewed clinical and preclinical studies. A polymath and inventor with applied expertise across philosophy, medicine, chemistry, and engineering, he is the author of peer-reviewed publications and holds multiple international patents in biotechnology, drug design, and advanced delivery systems. His experience includes the rational design of both chemically modified and naturally derived molecular entities for pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, and nutraceutical applications. In 2025, he was invited to join Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society.
